While we take pride in providing the magical brew we call Barako, we also feature coffee beans from different parts of the country. Such as Robusta from Batangas, Cavite, Ilocos, and Basilan; Excelsa from Batangas, Quezon, Basilan and Mindoro; and Arabica from Benguet, Bukidnon and Cotabato

Coffee has been graded for the bean’s acidity, body, aroma, flavor, finish and aftertaste when it is cupped.
